Recent New Customers:
EOTS 3000 is free for EOTS 2004 customers only (you had to have paid full price for EOTS 2004). Simply download from this link:
Reuse your EOTS 2004 registration code to turn off the "reminders" to register.
We usually offer upgrade pricing when we have new editions from year to year. Since we do not have an new upgrade ready quite yet, we have no upgrade pricing available to EOTS 3000 for this years season (bear in mind please, a good portion of your purchase goes to running the weather service end of this, as well as development of the software). ALL new EOTS 3000 customers (this year and lasts) will eventually be eligible to upgrade to EOTS 4000 when it is released.
Older (and still supported) customers:
You are not paying for a subscription to a data service, nor are you required to upgrade your last edition. If you upgrade, you are paying for new program functionality!
EOTS 2002 will continue to work at least through the 2007 season.
At some point we do have to discontinue support for older versions, this is not planned, and only happens as necessary due to server updates, new operating system support, etc.

EOTS 2002 and all later versions still work and has fixes required for Windows XP. Note, EOTS 2002 does not do all the cool stuff the new version does ;-) EOTS 2002 also still works under Windows 95/98/ME, which EOTS 3000 does not.
Also, please note that although previous editions may work on Windows 98 and previous, we are no longer able to investigate or correct problems with these obsolete operating systems.
